Welcome to the Four Winds Natural Healing Center.  Our goal is to assist you in achieving ALL of your healthcare needs.  You can help us to better meet your needs by remembering the following:

- Reschedule your follow up 3 weeks after your initial appointment.  This is the most important part of the healing process.  It allows us to assess what is working and what needs to be modified to meet your body’s changing needs.

- Refill your herbal formulas between visits.  We provide only a ten day supply the first visit so we can keep in close contact with you.  Please call us before your formulas run out, so we can be sure to have it on hand.  Do not go off your formulas without calling the office first.

- Call us with any positive changes or cleansing experiences.  If you have any new medical tests or begin a new medication, it is important to let us know.  This is the main way to keep track of patients between visits.  Healing is an in-depth process similar to peeling an onion, layer by layer.  We may make special changes to your program or customized formulas between visits.

- Leave all your information, health changes and questions with Angie (Office Manager).  She is trained to answer many of your questions and update your records.  We assure you that all your health information is confidential.

- Please return your glass dropper bottles, and we will recycle them.

- Don’t feel bad if you can’t stick to the whole program, no body is perfect!  The closer you follow the program, the better and quicker the results.

- Please look at our website for informative articles on herbs, the healing process and nutrition at www.FourWindsNHC.com.  We also have an updated listing for our new cooking and herbal medicine classes.

- We are passionate about natural healing and have great confidence in our work.  Call the office at any time with any questions.  We love hearing from you!!

- Protect your rights to buy dietary supplements and use alternative medicine!  Go to www.citizens.org to register to get emails regarding congressional bills and issues.  They make being politically active free and easy as clicking a button!  This is the only way for our voice to be heard against big corporations and pharmaceutical companies.
