Working For Your Healing

Western medicine requires people only take a pill to get better.  Natural healing requires patients to work for their healing!  Remember our quote, “If you are just taking a pill, it is not holistic healing.”  We will give you all the necessary knowledge, supplements and/or formulas you need to stimulate your body’s own innate healing ability. 

You may also have to make diet changes, let go of negative thoughts and beliefs, work through emotional wounds, be consistent with taking formulas or get some exercise each week.  We may have other assignments for you such as food records, journaling, seeing a counselor, getting more sleep, starting a relaxation practice, etc.

We recommend all patients do either chi kung or yoga to rapidly increase their healing process.  In the last six years, we have seen specific chi kung exercises reduce the healing time by about 50%!  To help patients meet these needs, we often have a variety of classes offered at the office.
